Fundraising Cruises with Norwegian, Royal Caribbean, Carnival and More!

1. We help you select a cruise line, itinerary, ship and sail date that will be best for your organization.  
   • Many cruise lines will donate a dollar amount to a 501(c)(3) organization for each cabin booked.  We will find the right cruise line for your organization.
2. We reserve group space, which locks in the cruise fare for an allotment of cabins.
   • Cruise fares go up as time goes on and inventory decreases.  So your guests save money.  Most often, the charity mark-up is offset and the group rate is still less than the market rate.
   • Book enough cabins and the cruise line will throw in a free one.  You could raffle this cabin off to raise more money. 
   • Groups also get added amenities (e.g. on-board credit or private cocktail party) for free which increases the value for your guests.  Some cruise lines will allow you to convert these amenities to fundraising dollars. 
3. The guests sail and have a great time!
   • We can arrange private shore excursions, cocktail hours or events.   You could even have a speaker further educate on the organization's mission or future plans.
4. After the guests return, the cruise line sends a check and the organization's sponsors are even further vested in the organization's mission.

So how much money could be raised with a fundraising cruise.  It depends on a number of factors but let's run through a typical example to give you an idea.  In this example, we will assume that 20 cabins (40 passengers) were booked on this fundraising cruise.

• $4000 from a $100/pp mark-up
• $2000 from the cruise lines $100 per cabin donation
• $1500 from the raffle of the free cabin
• $7500 total cash earned
